Rheumatoid Arthritis Relief: What’s Special about Green Juice?

Rheumatoid arthritis is a systematic autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks your own body. This leads to inflammation and swelling in the joints. So when you are looking to achieve rheumatoid arthritis relief you should be looking at multiple ways to reduce inflammation in the body.

A simple fresh cucumber and celery is alkalising and has anti-inflammatory properties to help your body restore and replenish. Research has found that those with rheumatoid arthritis can benefit from additional vitamins such as vitamin C [1].

This juice is mineral rich, and vitamin rich. It contains vitamins A and C as well as calcium, iodine, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, silicon, sodium and is rich in chlorophyll. This makes it a great detoxifier and also cleanser. Being raw, it’s also rich in enzymes, which our bodies can become depleted of as we age. So this little green drink is a real superhero!

How To Make Green Juice from the Paddison Program for Rheumatoid Arthritis Relief

For this juice, use organic vegetables if possible, wash them well, and peel the cucumber (if not organic). Use the freshest vegetables available, such as celery stalks that are firm and stand up rather than wilted. The only ingredients required is ½ bunch celery and 2 cucumbers.

Juice the vegetables and drink the fresh juice quickly (within 20 minutes) so the enzymes aren’t lost through oxidation.

For a little extra kick, you can also add some juiced ginger, but go easy since the ginger has a kick!

This juice tastes very light and is easy to drink. It tastes mild and pleasant.

Many people have found this juice to be effective and reliable for rheumatoid arthritis relief.
